Change 03_route_optimization.ipynb to 03_route_optimization.py to match the actual Python file format used in the project.
- Include databricks.yml fix: .ipynb -> .py - Add timestamp to trigger fresh workflow run - Debug transient authentication issues
- Updated DEPLOY_NOTEBOOK_TOKEN with SQL warehouse permissions - Test if authentication issue is resolved
- Comment out SQL warehouse creation/lookup step - Add simple environment variable setup for DEPLOY_ENV - This eliminates the 401 authentication error since routing optimization only uses Spark clusters, not SQL warehouses
