ExternalBotOrdersManagerandIssueOrderToBotis actually the upgraded version ofAutoDeployManagerandAutoDeployer, so I also make the replacement. The oldAutoDeployManageralso has a bug that it cannot consume the entries when replaying or loading game.Note: bot can also unload cargo by using this function.
