cxlAnalyze is an R package that reads, parses, and analyzes CXL files. CXL files are XML files generated by the popular concept mapping tool, CMapTools. This package reads CXL files and transforms them into a CXL object containing data frames for easier analysis. In addition, cxlAnalyze provides functions to aid in structural analysis.
