Steps to reproduce
Cannot disable the MCP server even after unchecking "Enable DevDb's local MCP server." in the settings.
Expected behavior
When unchecking "Enable DevDb's local MCP server." the "Local MCP server running" message should not show and the MCP server should not be running.
