Provides WebView support for DALi on Windows without touching dali-adaptor: the plugin DLL is built here and loaded at runtime by the existing dlopen path. - lwe-web-engine-plugin/: WebEnginePlugin implementation backed by LWE (Starfish), standalone build.ps1 linking the installed dali2-core/dali2-adaptor packages; run after dali-adaptor - vcpkg-script/setup-starfish.ps1: end-to-end LWE SDK setup — extra vcpkg ports (openssl/libwebsockets/glew with port fixes), Starfish clone + x64 patches (bundled under lwe-web-engine-plugin/patches), x64 Release build, SDK install; idempotent and safe to re-run - install.ps1: run the LWE SDK setup automatically (non-fatal, -SkipStarfish to opt out) - WINDOWS-DEVELOPMENT-QUICKSTART-ko.md: document the full build flow including the plugin step Known limitation: the JS WebSocket API is disabled (vcpkg libwebsockets 3.2 vs required 4.x).
