Summary\n\n- add an npm pack dry-run gate for the publishable package surface\n- require the built CLI, schemas, metadata, and every bundled adapter manifest/README/hints file\n- exclude source, tests, fixtures, scripts, maps, and other development-only paths from the package\n- preserve the public adapter glob entries in package.json and add a conservative .npmignore\n\n## Verification\n\n- npm run verify passed: 9 test files, 36 tests, typecheck, build, and package surface gate\n- package surface: 81 packed files and 3 adapters\n- git diff --check passed\n\n## Boundary\n\nThis proves npm pack contents locally. It is not npm publication, external installation, or adoption evidence.
