Adds the bundled
cmake-ctestadapter for repositories containingCMakeLists.txt. The adapter records the exact allowlistedctest --output-on-failureargv. A barectest, shell operators, pipes and command substitution remain rejected.Execution stays opt-in: contribkit only invokes the exact argv when
--run-testsis enabled.Verification
npm run verifygit diff --checkpassesBoundary
The fixture uses the injected executor to verify the execution boundary. It does not claim a native CTest build or external adoption.
