Document verbose flag and add test coverage

The verbose flag was added to cache() but lacked documentation and test coverage.

Changes:

• Updated cache() docstring to document the verbose parameter
• Added README example showing verbose = false usage
• Added tests verifying log suppression for save/load/overwrite scenarios

Example:
