The env DB_USERNAME and DB_PASSWORD were missing in appjail-director.yml for the service immich-server. We also need to `chown -R 1000:1000` the folder "library"

thank you for this PR, @timefrance! I'm not an AppJail expert myself, so it's great to see the community support and improve the stack with appjail director is very valuable! You are spot on about the missing DB creds. One heads-up: The README.md is generated from repo README.j2 sources. I'll back-port your work to that and treat this PR as a bug for that.
