test(storybook): validate Kapture with a Badge copy change

#2090 위에 쌓은 Kapture 검증 PR입니다. 리뷰 가능한 상태로 준비하지만 머지하지 않습니다.

• Base: codex/kapture-shadow-experiment (ci(storybook): integrate Kapture visual review #2090)
• 부모의 CLI·adapter 0.5.0, ignore 설정 및 브랜치명 표시를 상속
• PR 자체는 공개 컴포넌트·의존성·CI 설정을 변경하지 않음

변경 및 기대 결과

Badge의 LightTheme 스토리 문구만 새로운 소식으로 바꿉니다.

• Badge 모듈의 스토리 4개만 affected 대상으로 선택
• Light Theme 1개 changed, Dark Theme·글꼴 크기 변형 2개는 unchanged
• 나머지 스토리는 캡처에서 제외
• 대시보드·댓글·base/head SHA와 브랜치명·ignore·Diff/Focus/Zoom 확인

현재 0.5.0 검증

• 최신 dev의 기존 스킬 테스트 실패 1건은 ci(storybook): integrate Kapture visual review #2090 본문에 별도로 기록
• 0.5.0 Kapture CI 전체 성공
• 배포 대시보드, 갱신된 결과 댓글
• 385개 중 Badge 4개만 affected, 381개 제외; Light Theme 1개 changed / 3개 unchanged / unstable·errors 0
• 변경 20,926px / 비교 대상 면적의 1.11%, 허용 기준 0.1%
• 전체 6분 32초, base/head 빌드 4분 2초 / 4분 23초(병렬), capture job 59초, CLI 캡처 약 28초
• 배포 화면에서 실제 브랜치명, Diff/Focus, thead·variant 셀의 ignored 표시, 돋보기 확인. 브라우저 콘솔 오류 없음
• Chromatic build 3396: baseline 변경 4개 승인 대기. 자동 승인하지 않음

이전 0.4.0 결과 (현재 실행 아님)

• 385개 중 Badge 4개 선택, Light Theme만 changed, 나머지 3개 unchanged, unstable/errors 0
• 전체 약 5분 35초, CLI 32초
• 당시 별도 Chromatic workflow는 정적 파일 복사 EEXIST 오류로 실패했으며, 새 실행 결과와 구분합니다.

이 PR은 pre-merge preview 검증입니다. 기본 브랜치에 설치되어야 동작하는 workflow_run / issue_comment 기반 정식 승인 흐름은 별도 검증 대상입니다. 자동 승인이나 PR 머지는 하지 않습니다.
