[TheGreatAlgo]

The core goal here — updating the Kubo / py-hamt IPFS base — has since landed on main via #11 (py-hamt 3.4.0, sharded-store handling, zarr_group support, refreshed uv.lock), and the repo has adopted uv independently.

This branch also predates the package restructure from dclimate_zarr_client/ to dclimate_client_py/, so it now conflicts against a layout that no longer exists — rebasing it would effectively be a rewrite for no remaining benefit.

The one piece not carried forward is the on-chain STAC registry (StacRegistry.sol + registry.py). We're no longer pursuing an on-chain registry, so that's intentionally dropped.
