Adds a polished, badge-and-diagram README (architecture, two-persona flow, safety model, demo walk) and the community-health files that complete the repo's About section: Code of Conduct (Contributor Covenant 2.1), Contributing guide, and Security policy. Apache-2.0 LICENSE already present. Docs only — no code change.
