SegWorm is Matlab code from Dr. Eviatar Yemini built as part of the WormBehavior database (http://wormbehavior.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/)

An effort is now underway to "merge" the changes committed to this repository in May 2016 into the Open Worm Analysis Toolbox repository. (see issue openworm/open-worm-analysis-toolbox#189)
