Delivers the administrator-facing configuration experience requested after v0.2.1:

• componentized Settings, Login, Shell, form controls and API client
• Provider ID, optional Base URL and API Key in one section
• Provider-filtered searchable model catalog with text/vision/reasoning capability badges
• Reviewer vision requirement and fail-closed Provider validation
• save-and-test flows for Provider, Playwright MCP, OSS, GitHub and test environment
• stale connectivity results invalidated after config or Secret changes
• compact service status strip and rebalanced desktop/mobile login layout
• runtime version read from package metadata
• Run Evidence, blocking reasons, progress and activities now survive process restart

Verification

• image-native format, lint and typecheck passed
• 22 test files / 132 tests passed
• build and both headless E2E suites passed
• desktop and mobile visual review: no blocking issue
• real candidate passed Run and environment-blocked Run remained complete after container restart
• pre-release acceptance: local/live/release passed; all 31 commands passed
• publication AC remains intentionally blocked until the immutable v0.3.0 tag exists
• independent review: no blocking issue
