v0.2.1 patch release
Corrects post-publication acceptance status propagation discovered only after the immutable v0.2.0 tag was created.
Verification: 131/131 tests, format/lint/typecheck/build/E2E, Quality and independent review passed. After merge, tag this exact main commit as annotated v0.2.1 and run the complete post-publication release acceptance.
