Closure 1
Loads six versioned Markdown role instructions from the release artifact using a fixed allowlist and fail-closed SHA-256 metadata. Production sessions remain limited to the three Main/Runner/Reviewer configurations, with four normal Sessions and six initialization Sessions. Pi Skills, prompt templates, context files, and ambient discovery remain disabled.
