test: record M9-A0 pinned OpenClaw contract stop

Summary

• establishes the standalone M9-A0 run assets for issue Spike M9-A0: validate pinned OpenClaw 2026.4.14 hooks and bootstrap #110;
• records the pinned OpenClaw 2026.4.14 source/type/contract inspection;
• stops the spike at layer 1 after direct blocking findings;
• does not change runtime code, upgrade OpenClaw, or run Matrix.

Result

Layer 1: FAIL / stop.

The pinned source shows:

• before_prompt_build hook failures are caught and the model path continues;
• missing bootstrap files become prompt text and oversized files may be truncated;
• no bootstrap digest/checksum validation exists in the inspected sources;
• tool_result_persist is synchronous-only and defaults to fail-open handling;
• the current Tiangong capture is a local synchronous append, not proven control-domain spool closure;
• no hook-level timeout enforcement exists in the inspected before_tool_call runner block.

Layers 2–4 were correctly blocked by the serial gate. See result.md and the bounded source evidence for direct facts.
