[Desktop] Faux Caret is activated after Cmd+C on manual selection thoughts

Step to Reproduce

1. Cmd + Click on aaa to start selection
2. Click on bbb to add selection
3. Cmd + C to copy

Current behavior

Faux Caret is activated.
This is related to #5405 and #5108

Expected behavior

Faux Caret should not be activated when user Copy thought from a manual selection
