cwchen-twn is currently working on the Paraguay HIS project which is hosted by Taiwan mission, ICDF. 🇵🇾 🇹🇼 He and his team developped a web-based system by Java 21 and NextJS, covering more than 1200 medical facilities, and serving more than 1.5 millions of consultations monthly in Paraguay.
