What's being added
Indian Pincode API — a free, no-auth PIN code lookup covering all 165k+ post offices in India with GPS coordinates, state, district, and taluk data.
Placed after the existing "All India PINCODE Directory" entry since they are related (the existing entry links to raw data on data.gov.in; this one provides a live REST API built on top of it).

Returns post office details, GPS coordinates, district, state, taluk, and delivery status.
