New Prod config

Self check-list:

• I have checked the lstchain config, in particular for:
  • az_tel instead of sin_az_tel if data to be analyzed have been produced with lstchain <= v0.9.7
  • "increase_nsb" and "increase_psf" are provided in "image_modifier" (if used)
• I have checked the environment in the lstmcpipe config and it is the one used to analyse DL>1 data
• I have provided the command (in README), or script (in additionnal .py file) used to produce the lstmcpipe config

Short description of the config

I produced the config following the indication of @vuillaut (hopefully I did it correctly), the description is in the Readme file: we want to produce gamma diffuse DL2 as test data (for full enclosure IRFs ) with RF already produced in line /fefs/aswg/data/models/AllSky/20240519_v0.10.11_src4_dense_MC_line/dec_6166_high_density

Why this config is needed

This production is needed because at LZA we see high systematics as function of the season. So we produced a Spring atmosphere test line to extract the IRFs of spring period
