Adds csv-cleanroom to the JavaScript section. It is an MIT-licensed, zero-dependency Node.js CLI for merging, deduplicating, normalizing, validating, enriching, and reconciling CSV files with traceable exception output. The repository includes five tests, a 50,000-row boundary test, deterministic example outputs, and CI.\n\nDisclosure: I maintain the linked project. This pull request changes one line in SERVICES.md.
