Payment Element (Dahlia) — bare bones

Minimal static page + tiny Node server: creates a Checkout Session (ui_mode: elements) with API version 2026-05-27.dahlia, loads Stripe.js Dahlia (https://js.stripe.com/dahlia/stripe.js), mounts the Payment Element via initCheckoutElementsSdk, and confirms on Pay.

Test keys are hardcoded in index.js and public/app.js (swap for your own for production).
