Can the UnlockStartLayout scheduled task be changed to a PowerShell method? I remember Microsoft plans to completely phase out VBS later, right?

Most .vbs scripts have already been replaced with PowerShell code (see 1294695 and 47563b2).

The entire UnlockStartLayout scheduled task is a crude and ugly solution. I hope to be able to replace it entirely before VBScript is phased out.
