… the AuthenticationEnabled is now set to false by default (as it is in the osimis/orthanc images) and the plugins are not in /usr/local/share/orthanc/plugins/ anymore -> plugins shall be enabled by env var

refactored to use osimis/orthanc as the base image.
Possible breaking-changes:
As mentioned in my email, to feel obliged to merge if, on your side, you prefer the jodogne/orthanc image as a base.
