Summary

  • restore buildable source for the released Avalonia launcher and core host from the shipped managed assemblies
  • add deterministic core restoration from the pinned Kenji base, 11 immutable Kenji history commits, and a pinned later Ryujinx revision without vendoring the unchanged upstream tree
  • verify exact-source byte counts and SHA-256 values, reconstructed-overlay identities, the complete host publication inventory, and the worker protocol handshake
  • add CI coverage plus provenance, licensing, security-exception, and contributor documentation

Why

The public repository contained the runtime libraries and tests, but not the launcher, core host, or pinned core fork used by v1. This baseline is the prerequisite for reviewable native Linux and Android work. It intentionally does not add Linux packages or an Android app.

Verification

  • source-baseline tests: 15/15
  • restored core builds with .NET SDK 9.0.100: HLE, Vulkan, and OpenAL; zero errors
  • launcher/runtime/test solution with .NET SDK 10.0.402: zero warnings and zero errors
  • core-host publish and smoke: exact 107-library/135-asset inventory, protocol hello, pinned backend revision, clean disposal
  • runtime contracts: 63/63
  • runtime services: 73 passed; one Windows-journal integration explicitly unavailable on Linux
  • actionlint: passed
  • independent read-only review of snapshot a13fc197ccd8be7fcc228273051c771906ed9df54d770be9b1383720ab869c37: PASS from both reviewers, 98/100 each, no findings

Provenance and limits

  • The launcher, core host, and 62 core files are managed-IL source reconstructions. They are buildable source, not claims of byte-identical original formatting or local names.
  • One test-only file (src/Ryujinx.Graphics.Gpu/NXI/TestAccess.cs) was not shipped as IL and remains unavailable; production builds do not require it.
  • Existing dependency advisories and mutable OCR/avatar network inputs are documented as release-blocking exceptions rather than silently accepted.
  • No Windows GUI, gameplay, firmware/key, physical-device, native Linux packaging, Android, deployment, or release qualification is claimed by this PR.

Restore the released launcher and core-host sources, plus deterministic pinned acquisition and reconstruction for the core without vendoring the unchanged upstream tree.

Review: PASS (independent reviewers A and B: 98/100 each)\nSnapshot: a13fc197ccd8be7fcc228273051c771906ed9df54d770be9b1383720ab869c37\nChecks: source-baseline 15/15; actionlint; pinned HLE/Vulkan/OpenAL builds; launcher build; host publish inventory 107 libraries/135 assets; worker handshake; contracts 63/63; services 73 passed with one explicit Windows-only unavailable case.\nStaged diff check: all paths clean except preserved CRLF bytes in the byte-identical released NX-BUILD-SOURCES.json provenance manifest.
