This PR adds the new POSTHUMAN (PHMN) TokenFactory asset on Cosmos Hub to Mintscan chainlist and removes the legacy Juno CW20 PHMN data.
Reason:
The old PHMN on Juno is no longer liquid. POSTHUMAN is migrating PHMN from the legacy CW20 token on Juno to a TokenFactory asset on Cosmos Hub.
Changes:
• Add Cosmos Hub TokenFactory PHMN to chain/cosmos/assets_2.json.
• Add the new PHMN SVG logo to chain/cosmos/asset/phmn.svg.
• Remove the legacy Juno CW20 PHMN from chain/juno/cw20_2.json.
• Remove old PHMN IBC traces from chain/osmosis/assets_2.json and chain/beezee/assets_2.json.
• Remove old chain/juno/asset/phmn.png.
