feat(flow): split category and size filters

Summary

• split category selection and minimum-size filtering into two independent workflow components
• let the size filter select categories and configure a separate minimum size for each selected category
• persist flow-scoped parameters so task stop/start reuses the saved values without another save
• keep legacy category-filter configurations compatible

Validation

• CPU build and full test suite: 980 test cases, 25071 assertions
• formatting check
• frontend production build and compatibility checks
• BM1688 package build and package regression checks
• device 26 UI validation for independent category/size panels
• device 26 task stop/start validation without saving again
• deployed engine SHA256 matches the engine in the final package after merging latest main
