Images under ghcr.io/get-convex return 404 after the org rename. The e2e harness also gets a 301 from the old releases URL, because it does not follow redirects. This fixes the CI failure on main.

📝 Walkthrough

The Next.js example’s Docker Compose configuration changes the backend and dashboard image registries from ghcr.io/get-convex to ghcr.io/convex. Both image tags remain unchanged. The end-to-end backend harness changes its latest-release lookup and release binary download URLs to use github.com/convex/convex-backend. Release redirect handling, platform selection, and the remaining download and startup flow remain unchanged.

Priority: ➖ Normal

Change: Bug fix

Merge Risk: ⚪ Minimal · up to b7353

The example images and e2e backend release lookup and download use the convex namespace, addressing the reported stale-location failures. No concrete residual issue is evident, so the change appears ready to merge.

The harness uses redirect: "manual" and expects a 302. The old URL now gives a 301 rename redirect, so CI fails.
