Continue is an open-source coding agent.
The original Continue project was acquired by Cursor and its continuedev/continue repository is no longer actively maintained. This repository is an independent community continuation of the open-source codebase, focused on keeping Continue alive, useful, and open.
This fork exists for developers who want to keep building on Continue rather than let the project stop here.
The goal is simple: maintain the codebase, fix what breaks, improve what matters, and keep an open-source coding agent available to the community.

This is a community-driven continuation. Contributions, fixes, ideas, and documentation improvements are welcome.
