fix: regenerate lock file to resolve Snyk vulnerabilities

Problem

Snyk reports 17 vulnerable dependency findings (8 high, 9 medium) on main: axios, qs and dompurify. This repo is an APP (SvelteKit), so the lock file is what ships.

Fix

• Regenerated package-lock.json; this alone clears all 17 findings (no dependency range needed to change, no overrides added).
• Bumped the package version 0.1.2 -> 0.1.3.

Remaining

• 2 MPL-2.0 licence findings on lightningcss-linux-*, which a version bump does not fix.
• 3 low npm audit items (cookie via @sveltejs/kit / @sveltejs/adapter-node) that only a major bump fixes.

Verification

Snyk 17 -> 0, npm audit 13 -> 3.
