Problem

Snyk flags 9 findings (4 critical: simple-git x3, @simple-git/argv-parser) on the committed lock file. APP (Nuxt SSR starter): the lock file is the deliverable.

Fix

Regenerated package-lock.json; this alone clears all 4 critical findings: simple-git and @simple-git/argv-parser are no longer in the resolved tree. No direct bump clears anything, so package.json only gets the patch version bump 1.1.6 -> 1.1.7. No overrides added. .talismanrc gets a base64content ignore for package-lock.json (lock hashes read as base64 secrets).

Remaining after this PR (5 Snyk, 14 npm audit), all outside a safe fix:

• braces, deepmerge, node-forge: no fixed version published
• ioredis (fix 6.0.0-beta.1) and postcss-selector-parser (fix 7.1.6): cross-major, needs a direct-dep upgrade
• nuxt/nitro chain (npm audit): fix needs a nuxt major
• 12 lightningcss MPL-2.0 licence findings: not fixable by a dependency change

Verification: npm run build passes; Snyk 9 -> 5, npm audit 17 -> 14.
