AI-powered financial planning for real-life financial needs.
Inclusor Planner is a financial planning application built to help people and families turn complex, long-term financial situations into clear and personalized plans.
The project was created with a particular focus on families affected by disability, whose financial planning can involve additional and often overlooked considerations such as care, accessibility, education, future independence, and long-term expenses.
Financial planning is often presented as if everyone starts from the same place.
They don't.
Families have different incomes, expenses, responsibilities, goals, constraints, and future needs. Disability can add another layer of complexity to decisions that already require long-term planning.
I built Inclusor Planner to explore how software and AI can make this process more personalized and accessible.
The project was informed by direct conversations with 40+ Brazilian families and people with disabilities, alongside research into more than 100 scientific studies and other sources.
Inclusor Planner uses AI to help users:
- understand their financial situation;
- organize financial goals;
- think through long-term financial needs;
- create personalized financial plans;
- account for individual circumstances rather than relying only on generic financial advice;
- translate complex financial concepts into clearer, more accessible explanations.
The application is designed around the user's context rather than assuming that a single financial strategy works for everyone.
One of the main challenges behind the project is translating an inherently personal problem into a software system.
The planner needs to account for:
User context → financial situation → goals → constraints → recommendations → long-term planning
Rather than treating financial planning as a static checklist, the project explores how AI can help interpret individual circumstances and generate useful, understandable planning guidance.
The product was developed through an iterative research process combining:
- 100+ scientific studies;
- interviews and conversations with 40+ Brazilian families and people with disabilities;
- analysis of financial-planning needs;
- product experimentation and user feedback.
The goal was not simply to build an AI interface, but to understand which information and decisions actually matter to the people using it.
Inclusor Planner is part of the broader Inclusor AI initiative.
Across its products, Inclusor has reached 9,000+ users and generated 100,000+ interactions.
The Planner is currently available as a mobile application.
