This implements PEP 735 to use dependency groups for "testing" and "docs", instead of specifying them as
project.optional-dependencies. The dependencies are alphabetized.A new group "dev" is added with
pre-commit. (The "dev" group is part ofuv's default groups.)It also cleans up a redundant file (docs/requirements.txt) and updates the lock files using the latest versions of uv and pixi.
