Add pydynamodb dependency and switch to v1 recipe syntax

This merge also:

• organizes dependencies like in setup.py
• adds @xylar as a maintainer
• adds bot: inspection: update-grayskull to automatically update dependencies

Yes, that was the primary purpose, but I thought it would be good to do some other clean-up along the way. If you prefer to take care of it yourselves, that's fine.
