Restarting PRs at the end of a migrator is usually not a good idea, because you end up waiting ~days for the PR to come back, which draws everything out. I realize you don't have the rights to rebase bot PRs on arbitrary feedstocks¹, but when this happens on feedstocks where you see me as a maintainer, you can always ask me to rebase. And beyond that, it's better to quickly clone, rebase and open a new PR yourself that closes the bot PR when merged.
