The napari plugin GUI does not currently allow to segment from a binary mask/label input.
This would be nice, to refine SAM segmentations iteratively, or enhance existing segmentations coming from other models such as Cellpose, StarDist, InstanSeg or others.
This could take the form of a new widget enabling to select Label layers as input for the SAM segmentation.
This would be relevant for any version of SAM, both in 2D and 3D.
