I updated Andorra’s holiday data using the official BOPA calendars.
This corrects the Carnival dates and marks Easter Sunday and Pentecost Sunday as observances.
I also added officially confirmed regional festival dates for Encamp and Andorra la Vella for 2024–2026, based on official municipal announcements and BOPA calendars. The Andorra la Vella rule was additionally time-bounded because the festival dates changed in 2026.
Is this level of source detail okay, or would fewer references be preferable?
