ci: flashmini pipeline - #5

Same structure as cth: one pipeline per compiler, linux (gcc, clang) in a CachyOS container, windows (msvc, clang 23). Each job builds and runs both examples. Configuring fails on CMake warnings, compiler warnings are errors.
