Summary

• Prepares the user-facing GitHub Pages beta site, README, installation guides, FAQ, privacy, support, changelog, screenshot plan, and App Store metadata draft for AI coding users who already run Codex CLI.
• Strengthens privacy guidance for screenshots, logs, demo data, tunnel details, uploads, notifications, local web previews, and public reports.
• Keeps the supported beta path focused on a user-owned Cloudflare Tunnel and explicitly excludes Remote Desktop while its authorization blocker remains open.
• Replaces legacy/private public identifiers in the default APNs topic, Fastlane beta description, and tracked planning examples.

The read-only live audit currently reports seven expected launch findings: the repository description and website field are not set to approved values, Pages is not enabled from main:/docs, private vulnerability reporting is disabled, and the landing, privacy, and support URLs return 404. Issue #27 tracks these repository settings.

2. Complete issue Complete public beta repository settings #27: enable Pages from main:/docs, verify the site, set the website and approved beta description, and enable private vulnerability reporting.
3. Decide whether the source-distributed beta needs standalone public terms in addition to the repository license files; approve legal text before it is added.
4. Do not approve broader beta promotion or expose Remote Desktop until issue Enforce paired-device leases on every Remote Desktop path #25 has a fully tested authorization fix.
5. Resolve issue Fail gateway tests when a worker thread raises #28 so gateway CI cannot pass while a worker thread crashes.
