Add permissions and notification readiness to the Mac setup checklist #1

Mac menu bar > Setup CodePilot... and Mac menu bar > Remote Desktop....
Friction
The main setup checklist currently covers Codex CLI/login, account profiles, gateway token, gateway health, and Cloudflare. It does not show Screen Recording, Accessibility, or APNs notification readiness, even though those are required for Remote Desktop viewing/control and reliable turn-finished notifications. Users have to discover those checks in separate docs or the Remote Desktop window.
Expected
Add optional-but-visible setup rows for:
- Screen Recording permission.
- Accessibility permission.
- Notification/APNs configuration.
Each row should use the same Ready/Missing/Optional vocabulary as the rest of setup and link to the relevant recovery action.
Audit note
Docs were updated to mention Remote Desktop permissions, but the app checklist still lacks these rows.

Triage update (2026-07-03): closing as fixed by merged PR #10. The Mac setup checklist on main now includes Screen Recording, Accessibility, and Notifications readiness rows.
