CLI-agent compatibility

Lifecycle protocol: 1. Startup protocol: 2.
Container/free runtime initialization and builder operations require container-recovery-scope/v1 and an exact acknowledgement of this flow's recovery scope.
Native/Nix runtime initialization requires the declared protocols but no container-recovery capability.

Core supports operation contracts: base-image-bindings/v1, artifact-execution/v1, runtime-init-dependency-mappings/v1, codefly.dev/docker-build-recipe/v4, codefly.dev/docker-build-recipe/v5, codefly.dev/docker-build-recipe/v6, configuration-value-template/v1, runtime-init-image/v1, deployment-composition-provenance/v1, runtime-started-artifact/v1, runtime-backend-declaration/v1. This is host support, not executor advertisement. Selection-bound operations require explicit live executor opt-in; unchanged lifecycle protocols do not prove operation support.

Agent requirements unchanged from v0.1.232. No agent rebuild is required solely for this CLI/Core bump.
