[feat] Support native node-gyp rebuilds

Summary

• Add a node-gyp rebuild workflow for Node.js packages.
• Apply gl and sharp native binding overrides through patch-package.
• Include the rebuild workflow in packaged releases.

Validation

• Focused Jest coverage passed before cleanup.
• Patch reverse checks, syntax checks, and the package ignore rule check passed.
• Full npm rebuild generated native artifacts, but npm 11 did not exit after its child processes completed.
