Regenerate the supported version list and OLM manifests, restoring 21 still-published versions that were dropped in error and adding the latest releases (176 -> 228 tags, with no removals from the master supported set). Harden the generator so this class of silent drop cannot recur: fetch Docker Hub tags in paginated batches with jittered, capped retries that honor Retry-After and X-RateLimit-Reset, validate the fetched tag count against the reported total, guard against unintentional version removals, and treat a missing versions file as an empty baseline. Replace the EOL v21.2.x images pinned in the create and upgrade e2e suites (create -> v24.3.4, skip-feature base -> v22.1.16, major upgrade -> v22.1.16 to v22.2.19) so clusters reach ready, and drop a dead assignment flagged by ineffassign.
