- claude.yml: @claude comments only trigger for OWNER/MEMBER/COLLABORATOR authors — without the gate, a public repo lets any passer-by comment drive Claude with write permissions on the owner's API key. - old cron runbook cloned the pre-split repo URL (now redirects to the private ops repo); points at hueman. - README naming note no longer promises the rename happens pre-release.
