CI applies test/patches/pocketsphinx-468-state_align_search.patch on top of POCKETSPHINX_REF v5.1.0 and runs check_pocketsphinx_align_fix.sh before build. Add apply script and README; stage 21 still uses sphinx3_align
WaitForScript exits on nonzero child status; POSIX comp_feat jobs get unique qmanager names per part/warp. Add diagnose_comp_feat.sh and run it on CI failure for train-parallel and train-g2p-lda-vtln.
