- Add CSP_MARIADB_TEST_DEFAULTS table (version/spec/storage) sourced from test/rdbms-mariadb-test/*.sh for AWS, Alibaba, NHN, and OpenStack
- Make applyCSPRDBMSTestDefaults() switch between MySQL and MariaDB default tables based on the currently selected DB Engine, instead of always applying MySQL values
- Add a spinner + "Applying settings..." indicator next to the DB Engine legend, and disable Version/Instance Spec/Storage Type/Storage Size fields while the MetaInfo fetch is in flight
- Restore fields and hide the indicator on both fetch success and fetch failure paths, so the UI never gets stuck disabled
