- Add Apache-2.0 §4(d) NOTICE attributions for aws-sdk-go, oci-go-sdk, minio-go, go-openapi/jsonpointer & jsonreference, yaml.v2 & yaml.v3
- Document bundled MIT libraries (xterm.js, marked.min.js) and unmodified MPL-2.0 dependencies
- Extend NOTICE.md copyright years from 2019–2022 to 2019–2026
- Rename admin-web's two stray LICENSE files to THIRD-PARTY-LICENSE-*.txt so they stop being mistaken for CB-Spider's own license
