Description

Fixes a few spelling, grammar, and spacing issues in the community health files.

Note: the CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md double space also exists in the upstream
Contributor Covenant 2.1 text. This change makes the file differ from it by one
space. Happy to drop that hunk if you'd prefer to keep the Covenant text exactly
as published.
