Upgrade installed versions of noahpowers/nlzr and gnmap-parser

🗣 Description

This pull request modifies the Ansible code to:

• Install the latest commit of noahpowers/nlzr.
• Switch the installation of gnmap-parser from ChrisTruncer/gnmap-parser to fresh-n-fly/gnmap-parser.

💭 Motivation and context

These changes were requested by the assessment team.
